The invented dietary mineral adjuvant comprising iodides and trace elements contains 50 to 70 percent by weight chlorides, 25 to 40 percent by weight sodium 3.2 to 4.7 percent by weight calcium, 1 to 1.6 percent by weight magnesium, 0.3 to 0.5 percent by weight potassium, 0.28 to 0.56 percent by weight bromides, 0.04 to 0.08 percent by weight iodides and up to 2 percent by weight chemically bound water. Preferably it further contains 0.005 to 0.0085 percent by weight sulfates and/or 0.005 to 0.0075 percent by weight carbonates and/or 0.0025 to 0.005 percent by weight manganese and/or 0.002 to 0.003 percent by weight iron and/or 0.00065 to 0.001 percent by weight zinc and/or 0.00025 to 0.0004 percent by weight copper.
