System in which, in addition to the reel 2 carrying the unused wire-electrode 1, there is, parallel, an additional receiver reel 13 connected with the previous one in two ways; on the one hand, with rotary equipment of a set of pulleys 14, 15 and sliding toric belt 16 which transmits, to the receiver reel 13, the revolution of the rotation imparted to the carrier reel 2; and, on the other hand, because the output of the wire 1 from the carrier reel 2 and the entry of the wire 1 to the receiver reel are channelled via one and the same bobbin wheel 3 which is mounted with the possibility of free rotation and axial sliding on a shaft 4 parallel to both reels 2 and 13. <IMAGE>
