PURPOSE:To effectively utilize sorghums, containing saccharides, capable of rapidly growing without selecting a land and comprising a large amount of the saccharides in a juice in the date of maturity. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing a sorghum liquor is to reap sorghums which have hitherto been used as a feed in the date of maturity, press a juice therefrom, directly carry out the alcoholic fermentation thereof, as necessary, concentrate the resultant juice or add sucrose thereto, further add a yeast to the concentrated juice or a mixture thereof with the sucrose, perform the alcoholic fermentation and distill the resultant liquid. |
