PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling of a balcony by screw-connecting a frame body formed in a rectangular shape along the outer periphery of a roof board to a storage. body, and by supportedly connecting both ends of respective handrails to the posts at the four corners that have been erected on the main posts of a storage body. CONSTITUTION:A roof board 8 is put on the respective main house beams with a gradual slope slightly descending backwards, and verge-boards 9 are coveringly fitted to both the right-and-left end parts of the roof board 8 and screwedly fixed to main posts 2. Next, both the right-and-left end parts of a front decorative board 10 and an eaves gutter/rear decorative board 11 are connected to the respective front and rear end parts of the verge-boards 9 for constituting a rectangular frame body. Then, a front handrail 12, a rear handrail 13, a right handrail 14 and a left handrail 15 are erected for constituting a fencing body surrounding the circumference of the roof board 8, and a balcony B in which the roof board 8 has been commonly used for the floor by the fencing body is juxtaposed on a prefabricated storage body A. Further, the corner posts 10 to 20 of the fencing body at the three corners and the left end post 16 of the handrail 13 are arranged in the positions lying on the upward extension of the respective main posts 2, and the lower ends thereof are screwed and fixed on the upper surfaces of the verge-boards 9 via fitting plates.
