PRODUCTION OF LAMINATED SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a laminated sheet mostly used as an automotive interior material and having high interfacial bonding strength at economical production speed. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is applied to one surface of a polyolefinic resin foamed sheet 5 using a roll coater 1 and the coated sheet is dried in a hot air drying oven 6. Next, the dried adhesive layer is heated and melted by a flame burner 7 in a front stage sending the sheet into the gap between press rolls 8 and cloth 9 sent from a separate direction is superposed on the molten surface of the adhesive layer to be pressed and laminated thereto by the press rolls 8 to obtain a laminated sheet 10. The adhesive used at that time is based on a mixture of a styrene/butadiene/styrene thermoplastic elastomer and a phenol/terpene resin.
