PURPOSE:To realize a booklinding apparatus efficiently performing the matching, heating and binding of a sheet bundle and effectively receiving a bookbonding completed product. CONSTITUTION:Sheet materials fed in on-line are matched in one of first and second matching trays 41, 42 while the sheet bundle matched in the other matching tray is bound by the binding tape heated by a tape heater 56(57). The bookbinding completed product S0 after heated and bound is cooled in a cooling station 222 to be received in a second stacker 211 through a first stacker 210.
