PURPOSE:To open horizontally contact boards of a pair of corner pads used for packaging an object, at the time of their collection. CONSTITUTION:The contact boards 4 and 5 in opposed relation are connected together by a hinge part 6 in an opening and closing manner. At the time of packaging, the contact boards 4 and 5 are closed at an angle of 90 deg. to form a corner pad, which is then set against the corner of the object being packaged. At the time of collecting the corner pads, the contact boards 4 and 5 in opposed relation are opened back into a horizontal position and are stacked vertically. |
