PURPOSE:To prevent an erroneous judgment due to leakage of air in respect in detecting of an air circulation hole formed in the vicinity of the shaft cylinder tip end of an ink containing writing utensil. CONSTITUTION:Step parts for sealing the front and rear parts of an air circulation hole 102 are formed on the mounting hole-inner surface of a holding block for mounting an air circulation part 102 formed in the proximity of the shaft cylinder tip end of an ink containing writing utensil, and a detector hole 19 is formed between the step parts in order to carry or such in gas to the detector hole 19. |
