PURPOSE:To control ink wettability, prevent adherence and residue of ink the inner surface of a shaft cylinder as a counterflow-preventing agent advances in accordance with the consumption of the ink, and permitting an ink boundary line to appear clearly at its tail end by applying a controlling material on the inner surface of the shaft cylinder of a direct liquid-type writing utensil made of transparent resin with a good ink wettability. CONSTITUTION:Hydrophobic fluid paraffin is used for a base material, and it is employed as a film forming component and them made into wax by blending polypropylene oligomer and polyethylene oligomer therein. |
