PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence molding defects by preventing the rupture of a back film in the molding of an autoclave. CONSTITUTION:In an autoclave molding method of a composite material (FRTP), when the thermoplastic resin of the FRTP 1 is heated to its m.p. and the reduction of plate thickness caused by the melting/impregnation is generated, the FRTP 1 is taken out of a can body and a back film 3' is re-applied to the FRTP 1 to again charge the FRTP 1 in the can body to reheat the same to perform final molding. Since the so-called two-stage molding method is employed and the plate thickness of the FRTP 1 is reduced over two stages, the reduction ratio of the plate thickness of the FRTP 1 in each of respective stages is suppressed low as compared with that of an FRTP in a conventional molding method emplying no two-stage molding method and, as a result, the back film 3' is prevented from being largely pulled in the recessed part of a mold to be ruptured and a stable vacuum state is ensured to prevent the occurrence of molding defects and productivity is still more enhanced. |
