PURPOSE:To heat indirectly granular materials of thermoplastic resin of various types which do. not contain a foaming agent, filled in a space between the forces of a molding diet at least from one outer side of the forces. CONSTITUTION:The volume of a molding space is increased over the volume determined by the outer shape of a molding by giving a specified holding clearance between the corner angles of each outer peripheral edge part of both forces of a molding die, in a filling step 200A. Under this state, the molding space is filled with each granular resin material,. a pressurizing step 210A, each filled granular resin material is compressed to a shape corresponding to the shape of a molding by moving-either of both forces of the molding die to the other end to compress the volume of the molding space. Further, in an indirect steam heating step 220A, each compressed granular resin material in the molding space is indirectly heated by steam through both forces. |
