PURPOSE:To provide a game machine having a pattern display device in which the interest can be continued till the fluctuation of the final pattern line. CONSTITUTION:Every time when the fluctuations of display lines 24a-24d in a fluctuating display part 24 are successively stopped and determined, the background color of the corresponding pattern of fixed patterns displayed on a fixed display part 25, is changed so that the corresponding pattern can be identified from other fixed patterns not determined. When the combination of the determined fixed patterns in the fixed display part 25 is arranged on either one of hit lines (a)-(h), a big hit game state is set. Thus, since there are occasions where the combination of the determined patterns in the fixed display part 25 is arranged on either one of the hit lines (a)-(h) even when the combination of the patterns has not relation to the generation of a big hit state when the fluctuations are successively stopped in the fluctuating display part 24, a player can continue the interest to the fluctuating display until the last. |
