PURPOSE:To facilitate the replacement of rod-shaped matter by employing a structure causing no rattle movement, scarcely giving a user fatigue even in a long period of use because of soft touch, and further having no risk of rod shaped matter dropping from a hollow holder. CONSTITUTION:A rod-shaped matter is furnished with a hollow holder gripped by a user, an opening formed at the tip end of the hollow holder 1, a rod-shaped matter 4 with its tip end projected from the opening, and an resilient ring 5 having a larger outer diameter than the inner diameter of the opening. |
