摘要 PURPOSE:To simply and clearly execute laser beam marking at any position of the surface of steel plate or steel stock of rolled material, bar stock, etc., by independently controlling the oscillation of beam scanning system and normal pulse laser. CONSTITUTION:A pulse control system 7 is constituted of a pulse generator 11 and gate controller 12. An oscillating frequency of YAG laser oscillator 1 is not controlled directly by the pulse generator 11 but a laser oscillating on/off signal to the gate controller 12 is transmitted from a control computer 6, the control of laser oscillator is executed by the signal that the gate is multiplied on the signal of pulse generator by the gate controller 12. Also, a galvanoscanning mirror drive system 10 is constituted of a galvanoscanning mirror controller 13 and galvanoscan mirror driver 14. A drive signal from the control computer 6 is subjected to DA conversion in the galvanoscanning mirror controller 13 to be transmitted to the galvanoscanning mirror driver 14, driving galvanoscanning mirrors 3, 4.
