PURPOSE:To prevent necrosis of tissue and to aim at normal cure of a bone, by composing bone cement of particles consisting of biodegradable polymer and/or bioceramics and gel containing thrombin and fibrin. CONSTITUTION:Bone cement is composed of particles consisting of biodegradable polymer and/or bioceramics and gel containing thrombin and fibrin. Since this bone cement is originally in gel state, no heat is generated. The gel part containing biodegradable polymer, thrombin and fibrin is decomposed and absorbed in an organism as time passes and particles consisting of bioceramics calcareous-deposit in an organism. Tissue fixing is performed by particle-shaped matters filling and bonding to bone tissue is performed by thrombin and fibrin. Since it is important to arrest bleeding instantly, a bone fracture location or a curage part is located on a part hard to arrest bleeding, thrombin and fibrin in gel state bring effective hemostasis. |
