发明名称 BLAST FURNACE OPERATION METHOD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To stably execute blowing of a large amt. of pulverized coal into a blast furnace, improvement of productivity and lowering in fuel ratio by increasing or decreasing the amt. of the scrap to be charged to the peripheral part of the furnace according to the increase or decrease of the amt. of the pulverized coal to be blown and the content of alumina in sintered ore. CONSTITUTION:The iron ore contg. the sintered ore and the coke are alternately charged into the blast furnace from its top and the pulverized coal is blown from tuyere parts into the blast furnace, by which the cost of the blast furnace operation is reduced and the productivity is improved. The amt. of the scrap to be charged from the furnace top into the peripheral part of the furnace is increased according to the increase of the amt. of the pulverized coal to be blown and the aluminum content in the sintered ore to be charged from the furnace top and the amt. of the scrap is decreased according to the decrease of the amt. of the pulverized powder to be blown and the alumina content in the sintered ore. As a result, the fluctuation in the reduction efficiency and high-temp. characteristic of the ore layer in the blast furnace and more particularly the peripheral part of the furnace is prevented, by which the root of the fusion zone is made to exist stably in the peripheral part of the lower part of the furnace. The fluctuation of the position and thickness thereof is thus prevented.</p>
