PURPOSE:To provide a laminate having high surface rigidity and dimensional stability and easily change the hardnesses on the upper and rear surface sides of a product. CONSTITUTION:A glass fiber layer 17 is provided between a plurality of intermediate layers 11a, 11b each formed by impregnating a buffer material 15 with a thermosetting curing agent L and an upper surface layer 14 composed of a fabric and a rear surface layer 19 composed of a nonwoven fabric 19 are respectively provided to the upper and rear surfaces of the intermediate layers through glass fiber layers 12 and hot-melt films 13 and the respective layers are bonded and configurationally fixed by the curing of the thermosetting curing agent and the fusion of the hot-melt films. By differentiating either one of the densities and thicknesses of a plurality of the intermediate layers and the impregnation ratio of the thermosetting curing agent, the hardnesses of the upper and rear surfaces of a product can be changed. |
