PURPOSE:To ensure that an assembly work can be performed efficiently by using electromagnets or permanent magnets around a foam resin molding to maintain a specified thickness. CONSTITUTION:A magnet plate 7 is arranged around a molding 5 before injection deposited on a movable surface plate 8 at a standby position W, and the molding 5 is transported into a space heaved up by a multistage device by a stacking device 9. Concurrently, a feedstook polyurethane foaming liquid is injected to obtain a single sheet, and the magnetic force of the magnetic plate 7 under the top stage is cancelled to transport the molding to a lifter using a transfer device 11. After the injection of this feedstock polyurethane foaming liquid and the completion of suspending the transfer device 11, the stacking device 9 descends to complete the stacking operation. In this case, the top surface plate is caused to come into contact with the magnetic plate 7 tightly by energizing the magnetic plate 7 or switching the polarity. Consequently, the movable surface plate 8 on the lifter picks up a foamed resin molding 6 at a finished product delivery position P of a following step, and the movable surface plate 8 is returned to the standby position W. |
