PURPOSE:To attain excellent lubricity and rollability by incorporating vegetable fats and oils as base fat and oil components into the above lubricant and incorporating diglyceride consisting of a satd. fatty acid-satd. fatty acid, satd. fatty acid-unsatd. fatty acid or a mixture composed thereof as a constituting fatty acid into the lubricant at a specific ratio of the triglyceride in these vegetable fats and oils. CONSTITUTION:The vegetable fats and oils are exemplified by perm oil, rape oil, etc., and the diglyceride improves the lubricity of the vegetable fats and oils. The fatty acid group constituting this diglyceride contains >=3wt.% diglyceride consisting of a combination of the satd. fatty acid-satd. fatty acid, a combination of the satd. fatty acid-unsatd. fatty acid or the mixture composed thereof. The satd. fatty acid is preferably 12 to 22C and the unsatd. fatty acid is preferably 16 to 22C. Various kinds of additives may be added to the cold rolling lubricant and, for example, oiliness improving agents, such as fatty acid and dimer acid, antitoxidants, such as phenolic preventive agents, and surfactants, such as cation surfactants, are added thereto. |
