<p>The invention relates to flexible magnetic recording supports (media) which are essentially composed of a sheet-type nonmagnetic substrate, a magnetic layer applied to one principal side of the sheet-type substrate and a back layer formed on the opposite principal side of the substrate and composed of a polymeric binder, at least one filler, at least one auxiliary pigment and polyolefin particles having a spherical shape.</p>
