PURPOSE:To supply a brake fluid to a wheel cylinder as pedal operation by furnishing a brake finishing means to finish traction control by a traction control means at the time when throttle valve opening becomes less than specified opening. CONSTITUTION:When brake TRC control is started, whether a finishing condition of the brake TRC control is established or not is judged. It is judged that the finishing condition of the brake TRC control is established at the time when closing speed of a throttle valve obtained from throttle opening becomes larger than a specified value or the throttle opening becomes smaller than the specified opening so as to carry out finishing judgement as promptly as possible. It prevents a brake pedal 32 to be operated in the state where a brake fluid by the brake TRC control remains in wheel cylinders 2FL, 2FR at the time when a vehicle driver carries out quick operational change from an accelerator pedal to the brake pedal 32.
