APPARATUS FOR CUTTING UP BAND MEMBER FROM ROLL TYPE KNEADER

PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for cutting up an initial end of a band member certainly safely from a roll type kneader. CONSTITUTION:A rubber sheet 15 on a kneading roll 12 is cut in a U-shape with longitudinal and horizontal cutters to cut out an initial end part of a band member 31. Besides, the initial end bites into with a projection body 37 of a stripping off roll 35. When the stripping off roll 35 is revolved in the reverse direction to that of the kneading roll 12, the initial end is peeled off in a direction wherein it goes apart from the kneading roll 12. At the same time the initial end is forcedly guided in a stripping off direction with a revolving guide roll wherein the upper projection body 37 is formed on its outer periphery.
