PURPOSE:To provide a cover type endoscope which has an endoscope observation function and an NMR signal receiving function and does not require cleaning and sterilizing disinfection after the use of an endoscope main body. CONSTITUTION:An endoscope cover 3 (22) to cover a cover endoscope insertion portion is a multilumen tube 31 equipped with an endoscope insertion channel 25 and plural channels, and is formed by fixing an at-hand side end portion connectingly at an at-hand side mouth body portion. The observation optical system 54 of a cover endoscope, and observation and illumination lens covers 52, 53 that are provided opposite to an illumination optical system 55, are provided on the tip end surface of the introduction portion cover portion 22, and at the same time a suction opening portion 43 and an air and water delivery nozzle 44 are provided thereon. The middle solid portion of the multilumen tube 31 is embedded with a high frequency coil 60 that radiates high frequency and at the same time receivers an NMR signal from an inspected place; an adjustment circuit unit 61; and a high frequency signal transmitting cable 71 to transmit the received NMR signal to an MRI device 70.
