PURPOSE:To obtain a foam molding of high quality without an inadequate thickness and achieve an efficient finishing work after foaming by ensuring that the leakage of a foaming material from the surrounding area of an opening is prevented from occurring by a simple manner. CONSTITUTION:A base material 14 with an opening 15 and a skin 16 are arranged on the profile surface of a foam molding die, and both facing and base material are formed integrally into a foam by allowing a foaming material P to foam between the base material and the skin. In this case, a bent part 18a which bends to the base material side is provided on the part of the skin corresponding to the edge of the opening, and an elastic sealing material is compressed between the inner surface of the skin and the inner surface of the base material around the bent part to develop the foaming of the material P. |
