CERAMIC RESISTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic resistor increasing its resistance value at an ordinary temp. and capable of making the temp. coefft. of resistance as low as possible. CONSTITUTION:This ceramic resistor is made of a sintered compact of 11-69wt.% SiC as an electrical conductive material and 31-89wt.% hardly reducible glass having <=1,000ppm concn. of the alkali oxide, e.g. borosilicate glass.
