MANUFACTURE OF RING BODY FOR MOUTHPIECE OF HYDRAULIC HOSE

PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency of a ring body for the mouthpiece of a hydraulic hose. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical slag W1 is compression-deformed by compressing in the axial direction in the upper and lower forming surface while the deformation to the axial center (a) side near both ends is suppressed within a specific limit; and an intermediate formed product W2 is formed of which a part near the center in the axial direction is bulged out to the opposite side of the axial center and of which a part near both end edges 8 is bent to the axial center (a) side. Then, the intermediate formed product W2 is compression-deformed by compressing in the axial direction in the forming cavity while the deformation to the axial center (a) side near both end edges 11 is suppressed within a specific limit; and forming is performed on both sheet surfaces 1, circumferential body surface 2 and recessed surface 4 of a ring body R.
