<p>PURPOSE:To reduce an installation space and facilitate layout, by pushing out filling containers one by one from a pool conveyor, giving each of them over to the carriage of a vertical conveyor, moving it vertically, and further giving it over to a supply conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Containers 1 sent successively on the carrying line of an automatic weighing machine after filling is put inside each of them are stopped at a specific position by means of the stopper 23 of a pool conveyor A, and a plurality of containers are always pooled on the conveyor 22. Then, a push device B is actuated and the containers 1 are pushed out one by one. The pushed-out containers 1 are received in order by the carriage 33 of a vertical conveyor C and lifted a specific amount of pitch at a time by chain conveyors 32a and 32b which turn intermittently, at the upper ends of the chain conveyors 32a and 32b they are successively given over to a supply conveyor 2, consisting of a pair of carrying bands, by means of an inverting/ejecting device D, and then, they are transferred by means of the conveyor 2 toward the position where filling is put in. This arrangement reduces an installation space and provides advantage in the layout of a factory.</p> |
