PURPOSE:To prepare a heat-shrinkable polyester film with a sufficiently large heat shrinkage, excellent heat resistance, no generation of such defects as wrinkle, strain, unevenness of shrinkage and folding of the film and beautiful appearance. CONSTITUTION:This heat-shrinkable polyester film consists of a dicarboxylic acid ingredient consisting of 70-100mol% terephthalic acid ingredient and 0-30mol% dicarboxylic acid ingredient except terephthalic acid and a diol ingredient consisting of 3-40mol% 1,4-butanediol ingredient, 5-50mol% neopentylglycol ingredient and 10-92mol% other diol ingredient. As the other dicarboxylic acid ingredients, e.g. sebacic acid is used and as the other dial ingredients, e.g. ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol are used. |
