<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing an electrically fused joint in which an electrical heating wire is not shifted from its predetermined position during injection molding, and which has a satisfactory roundness. CONSTITUTION:An electrical heating wire 2 is wound on a premold article 1 formed at its outer peripheral surface with spiral grooves at predetermined pitches, along the grooves, and after the premold article 1 is fitted in a die 4, removable cores 3a, 3b are inserted in the hollow part of the premold article 1. Then, resin is injected for molding, from a resin supply port, in parallel with the pipe axis of the article l so as to manufacture an electrically fused joint.</p> |
