CAULKING SLIP-OFF PREVENTING MECHANISM IN SYNTHETIC RESIN PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To provide the mechanism capable of simply removing a slip-off preventing head part by drivers without requiring troublesome labor shaving off the slip-off preventing head part by a router or a sander when disassembling is desired and favorable for stably molding the slip-off preventing head part at the free end of a pin main body without deviating the same by a high frequency or ultrasonic wave caulking horn. CONSTITUTION:In a caulking slip-off preventing mechanism in a synthetic resin product constituted so as to fix the member to be attached fitted in a pin main body 1 by the slip-off preventing head part 2 formed by melting a part of the free end of the pin main body 1 for caulking made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin to solidify the molten part, the tapered groove 3 passing through the center of the slip-off preventing head part 2 to extend in the diameter direction thereof and having both wing ends 3a reaching the peripheral edge inside of the head part and reaching the lower part of the neck of the pin main body 1 at the pointed end 3b of the bottom part thereof is provided to the slip-off preventing head part 2.
