PURPOSE:To obtain a molding with high dimensional accuracy easily and positively by calculating previously a resin shrinkage amount corresponding to a temperature drop gradient of the interior of a cavity in a cooling step, and setting the dimensions of the cavity based on the flow rate and temperature of a coolant to be supplied into a coolant circuit for cooling the interior of the cavity. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve is provided in a feed circuit from a coolant branching device 12 to a die 2, and a throttle valve opening control signal is output by a control unit, together with measurement results from a die temperature measuring device, directly from a flow rate measuring device 13 or from the device 13 through the control unit. Consequently, if the temperature of the die 2 is abnormal, the feed amount of a coolant is controlled by throttling action to change the flow rate of a position where the temperature is abnormal so that it is normalized. The boring dimensions of a cavity considering the shrinkage percentage of a molding due to quenching by a coolant is previously calculated. |
