PURPOSE:To obtain a method for packing a boiled egg and the package wherein a hygienic and easy-to-break outer coat is tightly attached to a seasoned boiled egg with its shell removed so that the egg can be eaten more easily and deliciously. CONSTITUTION:A package comprises an adhesive sheet 1 which can be easily broken by a hand with a waterproof surface and a vent hole 2 provided on the sheet, wherein a lower package comprising configuration of free-oxygen absorber 3 and a ring 4 for hygienically standing a boiled egg 5 and a film 6 having thermal expansion property at an upper part are used. Then the package is subjected to operation processes in a deairing chamber 7, a suction motor 8 and an exhaust port 9 to pack the boiled egg hygienically in a vacuum. |
