PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for supplying water, having an extremely simple structure and capable of supplying a prescribed amount of water to a flowerpot, a BONSAI (a potted dwarf tree), etc. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus for supplying water to a flowerpot is obtained by installing a water storage tank 1 on the outer periphery of the flowerpot (A), locating one end of an inverted U-shaped pipe 10 in the water storage tank 1 and the other end in the flowerpot (A), connecting a tube 15 having many openings 17 to the other end, inserting a water absorbing belt 11 having capillary performances into the inverted U-shaped pipe 10, further inserting a porous water supplying belt 16 connected to the water absorbing belt 11 into the tube 15 and laying the tube 15 in the flowerpot (A). |
