PURPOSE:To make a patient feel safe and to reduce the effort of a supporter significantly by arranging a plurality of rollers which can rotate freely on the lengthwise in the upper surface of the bed and connecting all or some rollers with one or more endless belts. CONSTITUTION:A bed 1 is lengthwise divided into three parts which can be folded each other. One end 2, middle part 4 and another end 3 have rollers 5 which can rotate freely on an lengthwise axis respectively. An endless belt 6 connects the rollers 5. Rollers 5 arranged at the one end 2, the middle part 4 and the other end 3, are integrated into rows of rollers. Each row of rollers can be folded at each joint and can rotate simultaneously as one unit. A joint device 41 under the bed 1 can be taken in or out by sliding along a tucking rail 42. A rail 43 to determine the position of the bed and the transportation system is formed.
