PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing process by containing a ring member formed by press working, furnished with a central hole part engaged with a head end part of a cylindrical part and an outer peripheral part of a cover member and connected to a peripheral wall part of an outer cylindrical member on the outer peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylindrical member 2 is formed by press working and is furnished with a ring part 2a and a peripheral wall part 2b. The ring part 2a has a central hole 7 in which a circular part 1a is fit. Electronic beam welding 19 is applied along this central hole 7, and an inner cylindrical member 1 and an outer cylindrical member 2 are jointed with each other. The peripheral wall part 2b is integrally formed with the ring part 2a on the outer peripheral part of the ring part 2a, its head end part is extended roughly up to a half of length of an outer shell container in the axial direction and it further extends in the radial direction and forms a flange part 8. A plural number of exhaust ports of gas are drilled in the circumferential direction with equal intervals on the base part of the peripheral wall part 2b so as to position differently with an opening 11. |
