PURPOSE:To remove NOx in high efficiency and high reliability from the time of start up to the stationary running. CONSTITUTION:In this waste gas treating device provided with a waste gas boiler 4 connected to a gas turbine 2 and having a denitrification catalyst device, a plasma reaction device 15 branched and connected to an outlet waste gas pipe of the waste gas boiler and an NOx adsorption/desorption device 17, a dehumidifying device 13 is provided in a front flow of the plasma reactor 15 and the inlet is connected to an extration steam pipe 21 of the waste gas boiler and also the outlet is branched and connected to the gas turbine and the front- flow of the waste gas boiler.
