摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the impartation of an expanding and contracting force to an extrusion rubber in a transient period to enhance a yield by a method wherein an initial speed of a drawing conveyor is so set as to coincide with a speed of an extrusion rubber esp. when it is firstly extruded from an extruder. CONSTITUTION:A pulse waveform is generated by the rotation of a roller 70 in accordance with the transport of an unvulcanized rubber 14. A transport speed V1' of the unvulcanized rubber 14 is calculated from the pulse signal. A value V1 corrected by a corrective factor is outputted to a drawing conveyor speed instruction and control device. The drawing conveyor speed instruction and control device converts a speed instruction value for the drawing conveyor 16 to an electric signal from the obtained transport speed of the unvulcanized rubber 14 and transmits it to a drawing conveyor speed setting device 86 as an output signal of the drawing conveyor speed instruction and control device 76. In this manner, the initial speed V1 of the drawing conveyor 16 is set.</p>
