摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the difficulty in welding and to reduce the cost for removing a stress or the like caused by welding, thereby to reduce the cost of a product by inserting an adapter adapted to be engaged with a seal part through a valve housing, by fastening the adapter by means of a nut, and by welding a bypass pipe to the adapter. CONSTITUTION:A tapered surface 53 of an adapter 5 is made to abut against a tapered surface 46 formed on the lower surface of a bypass seat 42 of a valve housing 4, and is fastened by means of a nut 6 so that the adapter 5 and the valve housing 4 sealed against to each other in order to prevent external leakage. If it is estimated that fluid flowing through a pipe line excessively varies its temperature or causes vibration of the pipe line, a resilient member such as a Bellerville spring is interposed between the nut 6 and the bypass seat 42, or an intermediate part 51 of the adapter 5 is prolonged so as to enlarge its resilient area in order to prevent loosening of the nut, and lowering of the seal surface pressure between the tapered surfaces 6, 53. Accordingly, the difficulty in welding is eliminated in comparison with conventional welding process so that the cost for removing residual stress cased by welding is eliminated, thereby it is possible to save energy and reduce the cost.</p>
