PURPOSE:To avoid fine particles-mixed material from sticking to a mold of mold pressing machine in a manufacturing method of an inorganic cement board wherein a green sheet is used as a first layer, a second layer is formed on its upper surface to make a double layer board; the double layer board is molded by press with the mold pressing machine to form an irregularity pattern on an upper surface of the second layer, and further it is hardened by curing. CONSTITUTION:A green sheet is prepared by using water slurry having cement, aggregate, and a fibrous component as main components. The green sheet is made a first layer. A second layer is formed by placing fine particles-mixed material in paste form of at most 50wt.% of water content having cement, aggregate, and fibrous component as main components on an upper surface of the first layer to make a double layer board. After spraying at least 0.1l/m<2> of aqueous solution containing flocculant for flocculating the fine particles-mixed material on an upper surface of the second layer of the double layer board, the double layer board is pressure molded to form an irregular pattern on the upper surface of the second layer, which is hardened by curing. |
