PURPOSE:To provide a pneumatic tire suitable for off-road traveling and capable of reducing tire noise. CONSTITUTION:A tread face 5S is divided by longitudinal main grooves G being four in total and extending in the tire peripheral direction on both sides of a tire equator C and nearly at symmetrical positions and lateral grooves connecting the longitudinal main grooves G to each other or at least one of the main grooves and tread edges (e) to each other, so that a rib or a block extended in the tire pheripheral direction is formed of block rows arranged in the tire peripheral direction. An inner projecting strip body 10A passing on the tire equator C, an outer projecting strip body 10C along the tread edge (e), and an intermediate projecting strip body 10B arranged between the inner and outer strip bodies 10A, 10C are formed. A fine groove 12 extending in the tire peripheral direction at an almost middle position of the intermediate strip body 10B, having a groove width W1 of 0.5-1.5% of a tread width TW, and continuous in the tire peripheral direction via lateral grooves is provided. |
