A syringe forming a removable reservoir of pressurised liquid is connected to a hypodermic needle via a long flexible duct (22) of fairly large diameter. A flow controller is positioned between the flexible duct (22) and a short, flexible intermediate tube (27) having a very small diameter and attached to the needle. The controller consists of a tube (26) with a capillary channel provided within a sleeve (25) of which one end is attached to the flexible duct (22) while the other is attached to the intermediate tube (27). The injection device provides a constant flow-rate and is simple, reliable and cheap.
