摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a control apparatus in which an always optimum adjustment is executed automatically by a method wherein the estimation speed of an induction motor is computed, an estimation-speed motor inertia is identified adaptively and the gain of a speed controller is changed according to an estimated inertia value. CONSTITUTION:A speed estimation device 23 computes the estimation speed 22 of an induction motor 1 while a torque current component 6A, a torque-shaft voltage 21, an excitation instruction 15 and a motor parameter are used. An adaptive identification device 24 adaptively identifies, on the identification side, a motor inertia on the basis of an error in the estimation speed 22 and in a detection speed 9 from a speed detector 8 when the change width of the detection speed 9 exceeds a prescribed range. A tuning part 25 changes the parameter of the speed estimation device 23 and the gain of a speed controller 12 according to the identified inertia value of the adaptive identification device 24. Consequently, when an inertia does not coincide, an error is generated between the estimation speed 22 and the detection speed 9, the inertia is identified adaptively so as to eliminate the error, and the gain of the speed controller 12 can be adjusted to an optimum value even during a usual driving operation.
