PURPOSE:To provide an equipment for inspecting the quality of a plurality of electrodes simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The equipment for inspecting a plurality of electrodes comprises a carrier liquid supply source 20, objective solution supply sources 21, 22, a liquid feed mechanism 24, a channel switching mechanism 23 for selecting the liquid feed pipe, a mechanism 29 for inputting and storing the operational sequence and time interval for the channel switching mechanism, a measuring cell 25 for bringing a plurality of electrodes into contact with a seleted liquid flow, a mechanism 26 for detecting a plurality of individual response values obtained from respective electrodes, a mechanism 29 for inputting and storing values to be compared with individual response values, and a mechanism 29 for comparing the individual response value with the value stored in the mechanism 29. |
