PURPOSE:To easily discriminate abnormality by a method wherein, when a motor rotation is not detected and a motor current is not detected, a first display is performed and, when the motor rotation is not detected and the motor current is at a prescribed value or lower, a second display is performed. CONSTITUTION:A motor-current detection circuit 12 judges whether a motor current has been detected or not. When it judges that the motor current has not been detected, it judges that an abnormality exists on the side of a vehicle body, a transistor 19 is turned on, and a lamp 20 which informs the abnormality on the side of the vehicle body is turned on. On the other hand, when the circuit judges that the motor current flows, it judges whether a motor lock current has been detected or not. That is to say, it judges whether the motor current has been at the prescribed value or higher for a definite time. When it judges that the motor lock current has not been detected, it judges that an abnormality exists on the side of a motor output device a transistor 18 is turned on, and a lamp 17 which informs the abnormality on the side of the motor output device is turned on. |
