PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of voice quality due to the-degradation of the radio conditions by adjusting the deviation of the transmission/reception timing of a frame caused by frame retransmission. CONSTITUTION:When receiving a retransmission request signal from an error slot discriminating part 11, a frame assembling part sends control data, which has a bit string to indicate the retransmission request or voice data, to the destination station of communication. When receiving a silence detection signal from a sound/silence discriminating part 2, it sends a vox slot to a digital modulating part 7 as transmission data after elapse of the time corresponding to the number of frames obtained by adding the retransmission slot numerical value sent from a retransmission slot coefficient part 4 to a number N of frames. The digital modulating part 7 modulates transmission data sent from the frame assembling part 6 to make an intermediate frequency signal of the transmission system, and it is up-converted by a radio part 8, and the burst signal of the radio frequency band is transmitted to the destination station of communication. |
