<p>PURPOSE:To provide a digitizer sensor plate of an electromagnetic induction system which contains a VDT filter having an electromagnetic shielding function and can input the coordinate position with high accuracy and without receiving any magnetic influence of a CRT if it is applied to a CRT display device, etc. CONSTITUTION:A protecting metallic parts 6 having a transparent part 7 is fixed on a bottom surface 3 of a box-shaped frame member 1 consisting of the surface 3 and a transparent hard insulated member 2 having a square opening part 4 opposite to the surface 3. Then an insulated sensor wire 10 is provided in wiring between both sensor wiring pins 9 opposite to each other at the sides of a transparent hard insulated plate 8 that contains the pins 9 molded in a body at its peripheral part. Then a lead wire part 11 led out of the plate 8. Thus a sensor wiring unit 12 of such a constitution is fixed to a VDT filter 13 by means of an adhesive 14 injected to the member 1.</p> |
