PURPOSE:To provide the IC memory card which prevents information stored in an incorporated IC memory from being wrongfully used by the third person and has a large storage capacity in the IC memory and has a high access speed. CONSTITUTION:This IC memory card is provided with a CPU 1, a first IC memory 2a, a first external connection terminal 3a connected to the first IC memory 2a, a second IC memory 2b, and a second external connection terminal 3b connected to the second IC memory 2b, and a control line control circuit 7 which controls the control line of the second IC memory 2b is interposed between the second IC memory 2b and the second external connection terminal 3b, and the control line control circuit 7 is freely switched to the disconnection state or the connection state by the control circuit control signal outputted from the CPU 1 in accordance with the signal given to the first external connection terminal 3a from an external device. |
