PURPOSE:To provide an electronic component cooling equipment wherein a cooling unit can be assembled separately from a holder fixing tool. CONSTITUTION:An electronic component holder 15 is fixed to a cooling, unit by using a holder fixing tool 13, so as to bring an electronic component 14 into contact with the rear of a base 7 of a heat sink 6. The holder fixing tool 13 has an unit engaging segment 131, and holder engaging segments 132, 133. The segment 131 has a ring type part member 131a which engages with a frange part 5a of the casing 5 of an electrically-driven fan. The segments 132, 133 have holes in the end portions which holes engage with protruding parts 16, 17 formed on the electronic component holder 15 so as to be able to be released. Protruding parts 11, 12 are formed in an unified body on the outer peripheral wall part of a cylindrical part 5b of the casing 5. Recessed parts into which the protruding parts 11, 12 fit are formed on the inner periphery of the ring type part member 131a of the holder fixing tool 13. Thereby the holder fixing tool is positioned and its rotation is prevented. |
