PURPOSE:To easily add or change data by freely reading/writing programs or data in a memory inside a CPU as plural files. CONSTITUTION:This progrmmable controller is provided with a user memory 6 for storing the plural programs or data divided for each function as files and a user memory managing table 9 for storing the storage places or attributes and capacity of the respective files. Further, this programmable controller is provided with a program execution managing table 10 for executing the new write of the files from a peripheral equipment 1 and the capacity changes of files, scan time memory 11 for each file, pointer managing table 12, file data managing memory 13 and comment managing memory 14, and the continuity of data is kept for the unit of a file.
