<p>PURPOSE:To simultaneously enable the separation and high sensitivity analysis of an antipode of carboxylic acid or the like by constituting a reagent for fluorescent label of an optically active 1-(4-dansylaminophenyl) ethylamino(DAPEA) compd. represented by a specific formula. CONSTITUTION:The reagent for fluorescent label of carboxylic acid is composed of DAPEA represented by the formula. In the synthesis of this compd., (R)-(-)- or (S)-(+)-1-(4-nitrophenyl)ethylamine hydrochloride is used as the starting raw material and, at first, the amino group thereof is protected and, subsequently, the nitro group of this compd. is catalytically reduced, for example, in the presence of palladium carbon, to be converted into amino group and, after the amino group is dansylated, an amino protective group is treated with an acid to be removed. By this usual method, DAPEA can be easily produced in a high yield. The obtained compd. is extremely useful as a reagent for fluorescent or chemofluorescent label of carboxylic acid.</p> |
